Medical industry leaders recognize that current golden standard diagnostic method, densitometry, or Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA), may not always be sufficient assess patient’s real risk of [1]. Indeed, pathological alterations affect mineral content (quantity) bone, but also its “quality”, which can measured from elastic properties internal trabecular structure by means Bone Elastic Structure Test, BES TEST®. In this study, incidence fractures was assessed after 3-year follow-up period women enrolled for population study 2015. The TEST® resulted effective estimator health, improve assessment map.
